THERAPY ACROSS LIFE’S RELATIONSHIPS
-
Therapy for Relationships & Couples
Relationships are shaped by the stories we tell about them. When conflict, distance, or disconnection becomes part of the dominant narrative, it can obscure the values, memories, and shared meaning that once brought you together. In therapy, we can reclaim and re-author your relationship’s story—moving away from conflict-saturated narratives toward new, preferred versions of connection, intimacy, and understanding.
Even the strongest relationships encounter challenges. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from relationship therapy. Whether you’re seeking support with communication struggles, betrayal, mistrust, or navigating separation and divorce, I will walk alongside you as you explore new ways of relating that honour your shared values and hopes.
We live in a society that promotes unrealistic relationship ideals. Television and social media often depict conflict-free partnerships as the norm, creating impossible standards. In our work together, I will support you in uncovering the unique and authentic narrative of your relationship—one that holds space for imperfection, growth, and the values that matter most.

Families: Stories of Connection and Possibilities
Families are made up of interwoven stories, passed down, told, and retold over time. When problem-saturated narratives take center stage, they can obscure the histories of care, resilience, and connection that exist within a family. In therapy, we will work together to deconstruct unhelpful stories, rediscover overlooked qualities, and co-create preferred family narratives that reflect your shared values and hopes.
Family therapy offers a space for new story development—one where each voice is heard and witnessed. By telling and retelling preferred stories, families can explore new possibilities for relating, understanding, and collaborating. This process fosters greater appreciation of one another and makes space for meaningful ways of being together.
Some of the ways family therapy can support you:
🌿 Creating space for each voice to be heard and witnessed
🌿 Deconstructing unhelpful stories and reclaiming preferred narratives
🌿 Developing healthy and meaningful ways of relating
🌿 Strengthening connection and shared understanding
🌿 Exploring new possibilities for shared problem-solving
🌿 Honoring individual experiences while nurturing shared family stories
Every family holds stories of resilience, care, and connection—sometimes they just need to be remembered, reclaimed, and retold.

Individuals
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Music-Integrated Therapy: Exploring Stories Through Sound
Music has the power to evoke memories, express emotions, and give voice to experiences that can be difficult to name. In Music-Integrated Therapy (MIT), I use music as a narrative companion—a tool for externalizing experiences, creating landscapes of meaning and action, and exploring the relative influence of problems. Through musical expression, individuals and groups can give shape to their stories, uncover new perspectives, and strengthen their connection to preferred identities.
I lead MIT support groups in the community, with a focus on:
♪ Grief & loss – Honouring memories, expressing emotions, and finding space for healing.
♪ Relationship with food and the body – Exploring embodied experiences with compassion and care.
♪ Trauma – Creating safe, creative avenues for expression and grounding.
♪ Anxiety & depression – Using music as a medium for externalizing and cultivating calm.
In these groups, we use therapeutic music-integrated tools to access and express stories of survival, resilience, and hope. Whether through songwriting, listening, rhythm, or improvisation, music becomes a pathway to healing, reflection, and self-discovery.
If you are interested in joining or starting a group, please reach out—I would be honoured to walk alongside you in your journey of exploration through sound and story.
